Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies

The humble chocolate chip cookie has been elevated to another level, with the addition of sourdough starter and brown butter, which is then allowed to cold ferment for 48 hours before baking. Slightly tangy, loaded with milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate and white chocolate chips, these cookies are out of this world delicious! Labor intensive, but the results are worth it!
